Sales comp System and Business Analyst
This Sales comp System and Business Analyst role will provide support, enhance and automate end-to-end processes and systems required for the global sales incentive compensation, and support the global sales team as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong systems and financial/commissions analyst background, and must be able to handle a rapid-pacing and ever changing global environment.
You'll be working alongside talented IT, Sales and Operations professionals on a global scale helping us to enhance and automate our commissions and reporting tools and processes. Responsibilities
System Analyst responsibilities:
The Sales comp System and Business analyst will support the design, implementation and enhancement of enterprise-wide applications to support the Sales Compensation Processes.
Work with internal resources (managers, key users, cross functional teams, etc.) to understand and prioritize needs and requirements that will support Sales Compensation and Business interfacing applications.
Business Analyst responsibilities:
As part of the Business Analyst role, the analyst will be responsible for a strategic unit within the organization. The analyst will understand the data structure of the unit, the compensation plans, and the results.
The analyst will understand the current compensation system usage within the unit and suggest possible synergies and automations processes.
The analyst needs to be able to build meaningful relationship with main stakeholders within their unit.Ideal Candidates will have:
- 3+ years of relevant experience as commissions, financial or system analyst, or similar
- Advanced Excel skills.
- exposure to a leading commissions systems - Callidus, Xactly, NICE ICM or similar
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation and willingness to learn
