APN has a strong service footprint in the Healthcare industry and seeks to expand this market offerings within existing clients and new prospects.  We have an immediate opening for an Sales Manager - Healthcare.


In this role, you will –

  • Manage and grow existing clients
  • Identify and acquire new ones


As an Account Manager on existing accounts you will –

  • Analyze account potential
  • Develop relationships with account stakeholders
  • Develop account growth strategies
  • Execute strategies to capture business
  • Achieve account revenue and profitability goals


 As a Sales Manager you will –

  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Work closely with marketing to generate warm leads
  • Research organizations and individuals to unearth new opportunities
  • Meet potential prospects, unearth pain areas, develop vision of solution
  • Present company capabilities to potential clients
  • Develop quotes & proposals
  • Close new business


Competencies required for the role are –

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong familiarity and experience working in the IT Staffing industry
  • Proven track record in selling IT Project Services
  • Proven account management and account growth experience
  • Strong communication skills and analytical abilities
  • Ability to flourish with minimum guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainties
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
  • Be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads
