Job Description

  • Should have 3 – 15 years of experience in staffing and recruiting with success in staffing and recruiting sales.
  • Able to work hand in hand with clients and customer recruitment representatives to determine customer needs, identify new opportunities as well as short and long term development plans for each client.
  • Able to acquire new clients.
  •  Build, maintain and improve existing client relationships, grow existing client’s business within the market while providing exceptional service.
  • Consistent history of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and business development goals.
  • Plan, develop and elevate company position/market share within a specified market to ensure consistent growth and profitability.
  • Able to work and build as your own business with significant profit sharing margins. 
  • Salary commensurate with experience.
