The leading Global Biotech Company in its niche is looking for a SalesForce Administrator. The company has been in business for 50+ years, is publicly traded, has 7+K employees, has $5.2B in revenues (14% increase over FY 2017), $108 million in profits (42% increase over FY 2017), has 750 product patents, released 4 new products in 2017 and is an active philanthropic institution.

The SalesForce Administrator will join team of six SalesForce Administrators and Developers supporting and developing a global release of SalesForce. SalesForce is utilized to support 1,000+ global users in the Sales, Marketing and Customer Service Departments.

SalesForce Administrator will:

  • Perform hands-on configuration of all new and existing Salesforce.com features including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validations, workflows, flows and process builders
  • Manage Salesforce.com CRM application including support requests and escalated administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues.
  • Maintain Salesforce instance and drive all subsequent customizations and enhancements
  • Create new and maintain existing user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, and hierarchies to support organization structure

The SalesForce Administrator reports to the SalesForce Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have 3-5+ years as a SalesForce Administrator
  • Must have experience configuring SalesForce
  • Experience managing, driving and performing SalesForce enhancements and resolving SalesForce issues
  • Manage SalesForce user profiles and roles
  • Experience with any of the following are only a plus (NOT mandatory): SalesForce Certification, SalesForce Cloud
