Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Salesforce Developer will perform analysis, design, development and testing as well as documenting Salesforce solutions.
  • The developer will partner with the business and IT teams in architecting Salesforce Solutions.
  • The Salesforce Developer must be capable of supporting complex applications and projects and should possess experience in at least two full implementations with Salesforce.
  • Ideal candidate will be part of a team implementing and supporting Salesforce for various business units and will work with cross functional teams to bring projects to a successful conclusion.

  • The developer will support projects that use the Sales Cloud Connector for SFMC and projects that use REST calls directly into marketing cloud, so experience working in SFMC is needed.

  • He/she will need to understand the out of the box functionality of both Sales and Marketing Cloud platforms and perform configuration and or customization tasks in both platforms when required.
  • Strong experience in developing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Triggers and Batch Apex using best practices and standards.
  • Strong experience in SOAP and REST Webservices.
  • Responsible for Salesforce Sales & Marketing Cloud platform administration, deployment and release management.
  • Utilize continuous integration and deployment tools for Salesforce.com.
  • Support integration and data quality activities. Actively participate in the SCRUM meetings. Contribute to the development best practices and standards.
  • Ideal candidate should possess customer centric problem-solving skills along with attention to detail and strong commercial sensibilities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field
  • Salesforce Administration and Platform Developer Certifications preferred.
  • 4+ years of hands on experience with Salesforce platform
  • Experience migrating the existing implementation from Classic to Lightning.
    Working knowledge in AppExchange tools for data quality
    Knowledge of Salesforce integration APIs
  • Experience with Lightning user interface
  • Proven experience to migrate the platform from Classic to Lightning required
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certified Consultant preferred
  • Knowledge of ETL preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work both independently or as part of a project group, with time constraints
  • Excellent Communication Skills (verbal, written), Decision-Making Skills and Collaboration Skills.
    Must be detail oriented with excellent time management skills.
