The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the administration of an enterprise deployment of and Cloud Coach. We are seeking a self-starter to collaborate with the PMO, sales, executives and functional leaders to support the current Salesforce and Cloud Coach install, future enhancements, daily operations and access management. The ideal candidate will have experience with Lightning, exceptional technical, analytical, project management and problem-solving skills and comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.

Responsible for the overall configuration, design, functionality and end-user support of the platform including Cloud Coach for Project Management
Implement and/or adhere to change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing and data integrity
Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and propose solutions that leverage best-in-class Salesforce and Cloud Coach functionality
Translate business requirements into actionable deliverables, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency
Manage the integration of applications connected to
Support the team's vision to deliver end to end process simplification including new features and functionality
Identify process and system risks, surface actionable insights and design and implement a plan for improvement
Creating Salesforce reports and dashboards
Security: maintaining Roles, Permissions, Sharing Rules, field level security
Manage upgrades, enhancements and new release:
Informed on Salesforce release information and Cloud Coach release information
Change Set: validation and deployment
Creation of sandboxes
Validation rules: creating or understanding logic within existing
Creation and updating Record Types on multiple objects
Creation of Field Sets and maintaining fields within the current field sets
Custom field creation on standard and custom objects
Review/maintain simple automation tools (Workflow Rules, Process Builder, OPTIONAL: Flow)

Report Type creation

Dashboard creation
Report creation
Einstein Analytics

Required Minimum Education:
4 year/ Bachelors Degree
Certification Required:
Salesforce Administrator
Certification Preferred:

Minimum Years and Type of Experience:
3+ years Salesforce administrator or related experience
Salesforce Certifications
Salesforce CPQ Certification and experienced
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Prior experience supporting an enterprise Salesforce user base of at least 250 users
Strong work ethic, hands-on, with a customer service mentality
