Synechron is looking for Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team:

Job Position: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: NYC, NY/ Hybrid [3 days office and 2 days remote]

Immediate Interview/ Start

Local candidates are preferred; non-locals must be willing to relocate near Client location and work in hybrid model:


  • Running workshops
    • Managing stakeholders
    • Requirements gathering with the client
    • Documenting client requirements
    • Providing guidance on the design of a solution
    • Providing insight on customization and third party applications that should be incorporated in the solution
    • Documenting the solution for client approval
    • Solution playbacks
    • Hands on configuration of the Salesforce platform
    • Providing insight and requirements for the Development team
    • User training
    • Once the solution is developed, delivering the work to client for approval
    • Have an understanding of the overall outcome of the project, whilst not being directly hands on themselves.

Required Experience:

*Extensive experience in a Functional Consulting role focused on SFDC Salesforce
*Experience in Solution design and delivery of SFDC Salesforce solutions
*Extensive experience of functional consulting for Salesforce technology solutions with a particular focus on Service Cloud
*Extensive experience in configuration of Salesforce Service Cloud
*Experience with core Salesforce functionality, processes and integrations to other Salesforce SFDC modules and solutions
*Experience with Customer Interaction Centre
*Experienced in executing and playing a lead role in technology projects
*Ability to gather and prioritize requirements and adapt to shifting priorities
*Ability to lead client facing meetings including work shops, demos, and requirements gathering
*Understanding of Agile methodologies, especially prioritization and management of flexible scope
*Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and visual).
