At this moment we are hiring a Salesforce Developer for our client located in San Francisco, CA.




  • BA/BS in Computer Science/ Information Systems, Business, Engineering, etc. or equivalent work experience

  • 8 plus years of job related experience in IT with minimum 3 years of experience as Salesforce Developer

  • Salesforce/ Certified Developer



  • Strong communication, negotiation skills and presentation skills to handle business and technical teams

  • Knowledge and application of principles, concepts, and techniques related to business process design and IT systems development

  • Extensive participation in projects of high complexity or simultaneous participation in multiple projects of medium to high complexity in a leading role

  • Ability to work with different teams across disciplines and levels

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Demonstrate Salesforce capabilities to solve business problems by implementing Proof of Concept for solutions

  • Configure Salesforce areas like workflows, formula fields, change sets etc

  • Assist functional leads by creating and maintaining objects, fields, field sets, record types, page layouts, permission sets, approval processes, user roles, profiles, groups, sharing rules, workflows, and validation rules

  • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards

  • Detail oriented, analytical, good oral and written communication and presentation skills for work in a collaborative environment

  • Experience in evaluating technical solutions and providing scope and time estimates

  • Ability to create visual representation of Business Processes using swim lane diagrams, business process flows, data flows, functional breakdown structures etc


Job Responsibilities

Client Support and Consulting:

  • Provide consulting on Salesforce applications to the client to identify and satisfy the business needs 

  • Analyze end-to-end business processes of moderate to high complexity and information needs in one or more business functional areas 

  • Understand the client’s current and future business environment, effectively anticipate, identify and meet the business needs

  • Identify, propose and influence IT solutions to business problems; negotiate requirements and deliverables with the client

  • Evaluate and document alternatives that will provide the most effective solutions to business problems

  • Anticipate client concerns and questions, and provide timely and professional client-focused communications

  • Support end user training
