Job Details

  • Position: Scrum Master (banking experience required)
  • Work Environment: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite in core location below) on a long term contract that has potential to flip to FTE with the client. This role is not available for C2C at this time.

Job Description

This initiative aims to enhance regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and business effectiveness by aligning with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups and ensure adherence to Scrum processes
  • Perform traditional project management tasks:
    • Scope definition
    • Staffing
    • Status reporting to stakeholders
    • Risk and issue management
  • Collaborate with users, management, and vendors to assess requirements
  • Author user stories and acceptance criteria; participate in testing
  • Support the Product Owner in turning requirements into working software
  • Ensure quality standards are defined and met
  • Assist in scheduling work, defect remediation, and managing technical debt
  • Evaluate proposals for feasibility and requirements alignment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $54.00/hr.
