FriendFinder Networks is looking for a Scrum Master who will work with cross functional teams to evangelize and train team members on best practices for agile software development, own scrum master role for 1-2 teams who are delivering highly scalable and reliable web applications, and help the organization evolve to adopt the agile release train.   • Provide all support to the teams using a servant leadership style and leading by example
  • Guide and Coach the Scrum Team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
  • Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
  • Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of problem solving
  • Facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work
  • Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution. Remove any impediments to the team progress
  • Assist with internal and external communication, improve transparency, and share information
  • Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to refining (aka grooming) and managing the product backlog



  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field and/or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years’ hands-on experience serving as a scrum master for a software development team
  • First level Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM)
  • Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc)
  • Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc)
  • Knowledge of other approaches discussed in the Agile space: XP, Kanban, Nexus, etc
  • Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
  • You must be at least 21 years old or older
  • You must be comfortable with adult content



  • Second or Third level Scrum Master certification (PSM II, PSM III, CSP, CTC)
  • Track record of continued and recent education in Scrum, including training, conferences, user groups, self-study, etc.
  • Use of latest SAFe methodology



  • Comfortable working independently and as a member of a cross functional team
  • Have a high degree of honesty and integrity
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-player, positive attitude and flexible
