Agile Scrum Master / Technical Delivery Lead

Primary Responsibilities: As an Agile expert, the Scrum Master will be responsible for educating the team on the Agile tenants, help move the team forward in our Agile transformation, help remove impediments and promote transparency. This position requires commitment to exceptional results, a strong desire for continuous improvement and the ability to build a collaborative culture within the team.

Required Skills:


  • Lead focused, effective meetings with diverse groups (Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, feedback meetings, sprint reviews and story grooming meetings)
  • Facilitate retrospectives at key project milestones and final project completion, to confirm project acceptance and satisfaction, and to establish lessons learned
  • Facilitate development of Acceptance Criteria for user stories
  • Conduct Release Planning meetings and Facilitate business analysis activities.
  • Facilitate estimation meetings using point (ideal day) effort estimation techniques.
  • Gather/report all relevant Agile metrics (burn down charts, Team velocity, etc.)
  • Coach team members on Agile principles
  • Strong Agile process knowledge and understanding of Test Driven Development
  • 5+ years of professional experience with architecture and designing, leading enterprise solutions development in the software space.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience managing personnel in compostable teams, made up from different organizations
  • Proven Leadership and management skills
  • Ability to proactively identify, escalate, and debate issues and problem solve in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
  • Proven ability to establish collaborative partnerships, lead cross functional and cross divisional teams achieving swift adoption.
  • Strong PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, Excel and Word skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent work activities
  • Develop executive level written communications and presentations
  • Ability to manage in a complex matrix environment, interacting with multiple stakeholders, business owners, and leaders.

Desired Skills:

  • Thorough understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures
  • Experience working with an Agile methodology on large scale, technically complex projects
  • Experience managing personnel in teams made up from different organizations
  • Experience with Rally / Jira
