Perkins Coie LLP has an immediate opening for a SCRUM Master to serve as a member of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), which provides project management, business systems analysis, and subject matter expertise to define, develop, and implement integrated business and technology solutions for the firm. The successful candidate must assume the role of ScrumMaster and be responsible for driving agile thinking, mentoring EPMO team members, and coaching Scrum and development teams. Drive dependencies between projects that run with waterfall and agile methodologies. As a servant leader, the Scrum Master partners closely within IT and the project stakeholders on project planning, forms and leads the scrum team, champions continuous improvement, and partners with the project and product managers in the responsive delivery of solutions.

Project Management Skills Required:
Working knowledge of the legal or other professional service industry experience. Ability to use project management software such as Smartsheet. Working knowledge and experience with a source code build and release system such as Azure DevOps. Some experience with software development and the ability to communicate with developers on technical topics such as the Microsoft .NET stack is preferred.
Education & Experience:
Scrum Master certification is required. At least three years of verifiable experience in an agile and Scrum environment 3+ years of experience working directly with software development teams, product owners, and cross-functional teams. Requires a minimum of three years of relevant project coordination or project management experience, or equivalent. Bachelor s degree preferred. Understanding of the Project Management Lifecycle and Software Development Life Cycle methodology. Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired, but not required.
