Job Description


Secure our Nation, Ignite your Future Provides technical, operations, and training support to users of companys personal computers either by telephone or on site relative to micro hardware and software packages. Performs hardware diagnostics and coordinates repairs. Assists in planning and designing PC support systems. Acts as liaison for data transfer systems design and implementation. Installs, tests, and documents applications software programs. Develops reports and databases. Provides technical support for personal computers. Performs other duties as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned. Requires High School diploma or equivalent, and two to three years of related experience.

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Security Analyst Associate to join our team in the Hanover area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Maintains Security Service for our Information Technology (IT) Refresh and Reset Program in accordance with contractual requirements. Reviews and evaluates complex customer Security Issues and implements corrective action as needed. Interfaces with customers, various locations and vendors, to resolve Security problems and provide information on containment or resolution. Will perform as part of a 24 hour operation. Day, Mid and Night Shifts Available. Ensures that problems have been properly identified and solutions will satisfy the users requirements.


Position Requirements:


Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience in a customer service arena


Cyber and/or IT certifications such as Security + CE, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) for 8570 compliance required.


Expertise providing strong written and verbal communication conveying solutions and best practices required.


Security Requirements:


Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with SSBI within 5 years to be considered and must obtain and maintain a polygraph. Candidates with fully adjudicated polygraphs will be given first preference.
