 About the Role

The Security Engineer will implementing Voltage solutions for our customers. As part of a world-class team, you will be designing and implementing solutions for some of the largest, most challenging customers in the world. You must possess excellent technical, client relationship management, and communication skills. You will be expected to provide expertise, guidance, and a commitment to customers’ success. 

The Security Engineer will 

  • Train and mentor customers on Voltage Solutions
  • Design and delivery of customer-specific solution architectures
  • Assistance in implementation planning and deployment at customer sites
  • Assistance in integrating SecureData APIs with customer applications in various programming languages
  • Integration support involving third party products and other technologies, e.g. databases, operating systems, web services, HSM’s, networking, etc.

Education and Experience Required:

  • at least 5 years of relevant experience in Consulting or Sales Engineering Services.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Programming skills in one or more of the following: C, C++, C# (.NET), Java, Python.
  • Experience in one or more of these operating systems: Linux, Solaris, HP-UX, AIX, Windows server.
  • Experience with Teradata or Hadoop is helpful, but not required. 
  • Good working knowledge of security and encryption concepts such as encryption, tokenization and key management. is helpful, but not absolutely required.
  • Strong analytical skills with passion for problem solving.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 50 %.
