Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the engineering and design of the security environment for the Federal customer. Viable candidates will be able to lead various aspects of the security functions within the Federal customer environment including security engineering, compliance and analysis / forensics. Individual will be responsible for the overall design and configuration of the security environments and working with infrastructure engineers to ensure a proactive, continuous and holistically monitored environment. Individuals should have a wide range of experience with various security tools and solutions in a highly virtualized environments for the Federal Government.
Job Qualifications:

* Knowledge of Continuous Security Monitoring (desired: Security Center & Nessus)

* Knowledge of Endpoint Security tools(desired: Carbon Black, Symantec)

* Knowledge of Security Information and Event Management (desired: Splunk)

* Knowledge of privilege password management tools and products (desired: CyberArk)

* Knowledge of information security concepts(desired: NIST & CIS)

* System Administration Skills(desired: Microsoft Windows and/or Red Hat Linux)

* Professional Cyber Security certification(desired: CISSP, Security+, or CEH)

* Knowledge of Secure File Transfer protocols and products(desired: MOVEit)

* Knowledge of Virtualization Environments / Configurations (desired: VMware)

* Enjoys a fast paced environment

* Excellent customer service skills

* Able to work and interact with others in a structured / team environment

* Accuracy and attention to detail, must have organizational skills

* Independent problem solver with troubleshooting, decision making and analytical skills

* Flexibility and adaptability to handle competing work demands

* Verbal and written communication skills

* Demonstrated ability to communicate to nontechnical audience on technical issues

* Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call

* Ability to do limited travel (0 - 4 times a year)
