Senior Account Executive                   Department:   Sales                                                               Location:         Central US Reports to:      SVP of Sales                                                   Travel:            As Required                Position Overview: An Account Executive sells Bramasol’s implementation services to support SAP S/4HANA, Leasing, Treasury, BRIM, SAC, and Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) solutions to net new accounts and their install base.

Primary duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.
  • Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
  • Understand and articulate SAP’s solutions.
  • Prospect into the SAP install base in a given territory.
  • Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales.
  • Consult with prospects about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each.
  • Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
  • Provide forecast on the best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods.
  • Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis.
  • Communicate with the SAP AE/CP’s to work with them on joint pursuits.
  • Present Bramasol’s value proposition.
  • Close opportunities to achieve quarterly and yearly revenue targets/quota.

  • Strong presentation, demand generation, prospecting, communication and closing skills.
  • Proficient in software skills such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team environment.
  • Strong work ethics.
  • Ability to develop lasting professional relationships with clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or higher.
  • Over 5 years of successful sales experience with services/enterprise software.
  • Ability to travel as required.
