Marshwinds International Inc. offers a base salary of $90,000-$125,000 plus an aggressive "Performance Based" commission with a total earning potential at plan of $250,000 plus.
As the Senior Business Development Manager, you are the face of the organization. You will be responsible for selling and developing IT Solutions along with our staffing opportunities in the tri-state and Pennsylvania areas, offering a full range of Information Technology (IT) staffing solutions. Candidate will demonstrate the following:
• Minimum of 2 - 7 years of experience in the IT Solution Sales.
• Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
• Extensive IT Consulting Services experience.
• Capable of developing lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts.
• The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for delivering sales revenue from IT Consulting Services offered to clients and prospects in US. The main focus of this position is to secure new business and clients and help build a rapidly expanding organization.
