FCB is looking for a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Senior Business Analyst who has the skills, experience, and the right mindset to bridge the gap between business and various technical and non-technical groups. You will primarily be responsible for discovering, documenting, and translating business requirements for System Integration Testing covering all phases of Salesforce application.

Responsibilities

  • Senior lead will work and specialize as a subject matter expert in testing and validating that Business requirements have been implemented as required prior to project go-live.
  • Participate in Test status, meetings and provide status.
  • The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the different testing phases to test and verify that solutions and tools meet the requirements set out by Business stakeholders for successful project delivery.
  • Candidate will work closely with Business subject matter experts, IT teams and the Program management team to deliver high quality QA testing events that support and enable successful project deployment.
  • Ensure and incorporate all testing required to validate all workflows within Salesforce - from originations to funding
  • Establish, own and drive testing activities from start to finish for assigned projects.
  • Responsible for test planning, test case specification, test execution, defect management and test status reporting activities.
  • Required to participate in data mining and review forum activities to understand requirements, business processes and solution designs.
  • Create and manage a test Strategy and plan for each testing event.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, mitigations, and action items to closure, as they pertain to testing.
  • Lead and manage quality focused test execution events, in alignment with Test entry/exit criteria, timeline, participate in and facilitate post-launch Business verification testing activities for projects, as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support
  • 2+ Sales Force experience - Knowledge of Opportunities, DEW, Life cycle from originations to funding
  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, Visio and SharePoint is necessary
  • Experience with worksheets/data sets, SQL, writing VLOOKUP formulas, manipulating data with PivotTables, and presenting results
  • Experience with project lifecycle
  • 5 years' experience in the Finance Industry (Preferred)
  • Azure: 1 year (Preferred)
  • JIRA: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Software Testing: 2 years (Preferred)
  • ALM: 2 years (Preferred)
