Who You Are
As a Senior Manager, Change & Communications, you will be responsible for planning and leading organizational change management for significant transformational initiatives, ensuring the strategic vision is executed as intended. The Senior Manager, Change & Communications will work across the enterprise and with other key business partners to identify and develop organizational strategies and communications according to business needs.

Develop, deliver, and maintain an Enterprise-wide integrated change and communications
strategy that enables the company’s goals and desired outcomes and upholds the
company’s culture and core values.
Masterfully orchestrate a change roadmap that identifies major activities and impacts
across common stakeholder groups.
Collaborate closely with the Program Managers to establish and execute a repeatable
change management framework to equip teams to lead change efforts across the

Exceptional communication, influencing, leadership and problem solving skills
Strong coaching, facilitating, mentoring, and teaching skills
Demonstrates superb written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to
succinctly synthesize data, develop recommendations and successfully present
information to leadership.
Develop actionable change management plans, including stakeholder engagement,
communication, and training plans for any assigned projects.
Coordinate with end-to-end projects, cross-functional teams, sponsors, end-
users/customers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project and understand the
needs of customers.
