Your Job

As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will be overseeing the successful delivery of iVision’s Consulting Service engagements for our core practice areas. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with many functions of our team including members of our delivery team, business development, external global clientele, and vendors to ensure the health of the client’s infrastructure and system environments.

You will be crucial in ensuring client deliverables are being managed effectively as you demonstrate your influence within hands-on project management, client management, best-practice delivery, leadership and ensuring an overall high level of customer engagement is maintained. What You Could Do

  • Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
  • Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
  • Effectively apply our methodology and enforces project standards
  • Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
  • Minimize our exposure and risk on project
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
  • Facilitate team and client meetings effectively
  • Hold regular status meetings with project team
  • Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors 
  • Resolve and / or escalates issues in a timely fashion
  • Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully 
  • Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements
  • Challenge others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model and mentor 
  • Manage the development of team by ensuring, when possible, that project tasks are in line with each member’s career interests
  • Inspire coworkers to attain goals and pursue excellence 
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change 
  • Manage the process of innovative change effectively
  • Remain on the forefront of emerging industry practices 
  • Manage day-to-day client interaction
  • Set and manage client expectations 
  • Develop lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties 
  • Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships 
  • Build a knowledge base of each client's business, organization, and objectives 
  • Work with business development to validate service SOWs and/or support contracts

  • Data Storage Technologies (i.e. NetApp, EMC, etc…) 
  • Data Backup & Recovery (i.e. CommVault, etc...) 
  • Enterprise Data networking 
  • Unified Computing (i.e. Cisco US) 
  • Data Network (i.e. Cisco LAN, WAN, Wireless, Security, etc...) 
  • Voice Over IP and Desktop Video (i.e. Cisco Unified Communications, Microsoft Lync) 
  • Enterprise Voice Services 
  • Voice Over IP and Desktop Video (i.e. Cisco Unified Communications, Microsoft Lync)
  • Possesses a technical competency in one the following technology platforms: 
  • Microsoft Infrastructure 
  • Microsoft Application Development

  • Budget tracking and complex cost benefit analysis for budgets ranging in 25K – 500K
