What is an MSSP? If you don’t already know, this might not be the position for you, as a background supporting multiple client environments is what we are looking for! This is typically Monday – Friday with an on-call rotation between you and your fellow techies. Your time will be spent either in the office, or at the client sites, so maintaining reliable transportation and insurance is an absolute must!
This position is for the techs who like getting in the weeds. You will be hands-on, and when deep in projects, you may put in more time than usual. A passion for seeing things through, while providing top-notch customer service is absolutely necessary! These skills cannot be taught, so if this is at the core of who you are, please keep reading!
