A top-tier investment firm with close to 2000 people and over 50 billion in assets has a technology department that runs with little to no red tape has an opportunity for a Senior Desktop Support Analyst to join this close-knit but welcoming team. People here work hard and are rewarded for their efforts and accomplishments both monetarily and with more responsibility.


The opportunity consists mainly of level II III support, yet this group is expected to also solve complex technical problems. Additionally, many paths exist to move up in IT currently, there is a Systems group, a Management track, and a Specialized Operations in the creation stage to be the bridge between Desktop Support and End-User Computing/Desktop Engineering.




Responsibilities and Technology:

  • Provide Level I III support with a focus on Office, Exchange/Office 365, Active Directory
  • Troubleshoot problems on Windows Server, CISCO and overall connectivity issues on the hardware and software side
  • Aid in migrations and upgrades to improve and maintain systems
  • Support cutting-edge technologies as the firm moves to AWS
