The primary focus of this position is to facilitate the maintenance of Encompass Banker as it related to enhancements, paperless processes, and to continually focus on improving the efficiencies of the program. The Senior Encompass Application Specialist will support the Director of Strategic Business Applications in the continued development and enhancement of Encompass Banker.
Top 3 Responsibilities and how you will be measured:
1) Programming - Create electronic forms within Encompass. Measurement: On-time, successful configuration, implementation and training of all new "forms within Encompass.
2) Maintenance - Performs analysis and diagnostics of Encompass. Ensures data integrity by evaluating, implementing and monitoring processes. Measurement: On-time, successful implementation of all Encompass Banker updates with few or zero foreseeable issues.
3) Support - Assist Team Members with general and specific Encompass Banker questions. Measurement: Measured efficiencies and team member satisfaction.
Essential Duties of the Position:

Performs analysis and diagnostics of Encompass. Ensures data integrity by evaluating, implementing and monitoring processes.
Create, configure, and implement all approved "Forms within Encompass.
Assist Team Members with general and specific Encompass Banker questions.
Partner with Encompass Applications team to ensure successful updating and testing.
Administer the Encompass Banker Software. Coordinate the review, creation, and testing of business rules.
Provide subject matter expertise to assist with maintenance of Encompass Banker user guides and training materials.
Attend all necessary meetings to facilitate Encompass Banker Administration duties.
Plan and coordinate activities to improve, modify, update, and/or renovate Encompass Banker as needed to improve efficiencies.
Travel to other Summit locations as requested. Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience programming with Encompass.
Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage banking operations, programs, products and procedures.
While performing the duties of this job, a person is regularly sitting in a standard office environment, at a desk, using a computer, phone, fax, and copy machine. This person may occasionally need to lift up to 20 pounds.
