Day-to-day, you’d be coding web projects, as well as helping with the optimization, testing, and debugging of our sites. Our front-end tools of choice are webpack, Sass and (of course) we version control our code (using Azure Dev Ops, which is easy to learn). We care about creating great results, so we validate our designs and decisions using A-B testing methods, and we validate our work against multiple browsers and devices using BrowserStack and Selenium.
Other team members working on our projects are using .NET (mostly), AngularJS (a wee bit), and WordPress (occasionally), so any familiarity with those things is helpful, but not necessary.

We are looking for someone who has some professional experience doing web development work already and has some history of successfully developing responsive websites. We are also looking for someone committed to keeping their knowledge up to date and bringing new tools and best practices to our workflow and toolset.
