Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Help Desk Technician with our innovative, Rochester-based client.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities of the Senior Help Desk Technician:
  • Resolve IT incident help desk tickets
  • Provide first level ERP and application support for end users
  • Install software and hardware patches and updates
  • Deploy PC and related IT hardware
Requirements of the Senior Help Desk Technician:
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, Windows Server/Active Directory environments
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably IQMS EnterpriseIQ
  • Experience with O365 and related Cloud SaaS
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to provide support in person and over the phone
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
