Position: Senior IT Analyst
Contract to Hire
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 upon conversion

Modis Burbank is looking for a Senior IT Analyst for a great client in the San Francisco area. The Senior IT Analyst leverages technology to provide business solutions and support to drive organizational effectiveness and deliver customer service excellence.
In this capacity, the Senior IT Analyst will:
Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers; proactively promote and model client service excellence among the team and across the broader IT organization; facilitate customer advocacy to drive timely service resolution;
Work as a technology subject matter expert and propose and assist in implementing solutions to technology challenges and/or processes to improve efficiencies; promote technologies and usage recommendations;
Lead in planning and supporting Enterprise meeting technology events including video conferences, presentations and client meetings; Lead special projects, initiatives and events;
Provide effective, desk-side technical support to users for hardware and software issues or requests;
Foster data security policies and best practices;
Maintain the operational availability of computer-related equipment and services, including: PCs, printers, video conference equipment, projectors, servers, data/telecommunications equipment, network infrastructure and audio visual systems;
Maintain asset management lifecycle and status of Firm-owned hardware; forecast inventory needs;
Work overtime as necessary; and
Handle additional IT projects as assigned.
Associate s degree (preferred); Bachelor s degree (preferred);
At least 6 years of experience providing direct support to customers in the areas of business solutions,software, hardware and networking technologies;
At least 6 years of experience in LAN, WAN and network systems support and management;
At least 6 years of experience configuring, installing and maintaining client PC operating systems and related devices;
At least 3 years of professional services or law firm experience (preferred);
At least 2 years of IT team lead experience;
Advanced to expert proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems;
Advanced to expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Operating System application installation and configuration processes;
Advanced proficiency with data security and security applications;
Advanced proficiency with project management;
Advanced proficiency in remote access architectures, applications and technologies (Citrix, VPN);
Advanced proficiency with Smartphone and personal wireless technologies (iOS, iPhone, iPad,);
Advanced proficiency in networking technologies, cabling topologies and related applications;
Advanced proficiency in installation and configuration of modems, routers, data communication devices, networking devices and cabling;
Advanced proficiency in practice support/litigation support applications (Ringtail, LiveNote, Concordance,CaseMap);
Advanced proficiency in Inter/Intra/Extranet technologies;
Advanced proficiency in Document Management Systems (WorkSite/FileSite); and
Fundamental to Advanced knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
