Key Accountabilities

Analyze, design, and implement interfaces of on-premises and cloud solutions
Develop strategy, best practices and architecture in the design, develop and deploy scalable and secure interfaces
Understand, document and support the underlying business processes, workflows, data and application platforms that depend on premise and cloud based systems
Own the development of interfaces for business cases
Manage and aligning priorities and schedules with business expectations and dependencies
Provide detailed design and solutions for integrations
Take ownership of issues, use sound judgement to propel issues to resolution
Serve as an active team player and subject matter expert on projects
Design integration solutions focused on TIBCO BW 6.X and Talend.
Work with peers and Subject Matter Experts to create end to end detailed integration solutions
Coordinate and multi-task across various groups and functional teams both inside and outside of the organization

Skills/Abilities/Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or other relevant field; or equivalent combination of education and experience required, Master's preferred.
Senior Integration Developer with strong integration experience of 8-12 years
Expertise in TIBCO products - BW, TEA and Classic Administration, Hawk
Talend cloud experience is a plus
Experience in Talend
Experience with TIBCO DB Adapter, File Adapter and Salesforce plugins
Strong knowledge in TIBCO BW 5.x, TIBCO BW 6.x and TIBCO EMS administration
Strong Knowledge of IBM MQ, TIBCO EMS, Amazon SQS
Hands on experience with XML technologies: XSLT, XPATH, XSD & WSDL
Hands on experience with JSON
Experience with implementing web services (SOAP/REST) in TIBCO Business Works
Good understanding of SOA principles / REST APIs and best practices
Knowledge and experience with RDBMS like Oracle, MySQL and SQL Server
Experience in analyzing, troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing TIBCO Middleware / Talend within complex application(s)
Prior experience with exposing and integrating with web services / REST APIs is needed
Strong background in working in developing complex middleware integration solutions with tight deadlines
Hands on experience with SOAPUI, Postman, JMeter and other test tools
Good understanding of source version control using either SVN or GIT
Ability to successfully deliver applications using agile methods and collaborating with non-technical team members including quality assurance, business analysts, and project managers
Must be capable of working independently to pursue solutions and problem solving
Should be a good team player
Ability to adapt and learn quickly; keeping pace with the rapid changes in the IT industry particularly in productivity, collaboration, and cloud
Proven problem analysis and critical thinking skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills
Unix / Linux shell scripting is an added advantage
Strong written and verbal communication skills are mandatory

Physical Requirements
Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach on a daily basis
Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
Hours regularly exceed 40 hours per week
