Job Description

  • Develop testing strategies (near and long term) for each product area and make recommendations for strategic investments in testing across all the marketplaces and backend systems for new testing tools, staff requirements (skill-sets, full-time, contractor or staff augmentation, onshore and off shore)
  • Lead the Service Delivery and Customer Support QA team and inspire them to provide best in class service with continuous improvement and outside training as needed
  • Work with peers in each of the Service Delivery, Customer Support and IT organizations responsible for the delivery of new IT solutions to foster a collaborative team-based approach to high quality launches, driving quality steps and testing further upstream in the development process
  • Understanding of ITSM & ITIL methodologies
  • Prior experience of testing an ITSM platform
  • Define and own the software quality assurance methodology with metrics-driven continuous improvement
