Senior Manager



Supply Chain Networks / Secure Supply Chain




Work you'll do




We are looking for a Senior Manager to work in our Supply Chain Networks / Secure Supply Chain practice. As a Senior Manager, you will lead client engagements throughout the Intel Community, Department of Defense, and Commercial, as well as perform practice development and ensure successful client delivery both domestically and internationally. These challenges encompass everything from:




Engagement Management : Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content. Provide world-class customer operating model design & implementation.




Client Management : Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors. Produce, analyze, and interpret discrete data from distinct supply chains to create root-cause analysis and launch continuous performance improvement measures.




Business Development : Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process. Create follow-on sales from initial or new opportunities.




Practice Development & Eminence . Ability to grow sales pipeline by cultivating relationships to deepen insight, position offerings, and build greenfield opportunities . Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop "thought-ware" and "point-of-view" documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals.




People Development : Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities.









Qualifications - Required:

12 -15 + years of relevant management consulting and/or industry expertise.


Current TS SCI with CI or FS Poly security clearance.


5+ years of experience in Human Intelligence (HUMINT) or Intelligence Analyst advisory experience


Knowledge in anticipatory intelligence-based supply chain risk assessment, triage, mitigation, and transformation through automation and cutting-edge process improvement methods

Experience in merger & acquisition (M&A) due diligence, competitive intelligence, markets and industry analysis

Experience in client relationship/management and moving client organizations from issue to outcome

Bachelor's Degree, MS and MBA preferred





Qualifications - Preferred

MBA or MS from top school

Previous IC, DoD, Armed Services experience and/or logistics background

Experience in managing digital enterprise initiatives to execute post M&A integration to transform processes and adopt a global digital architecture

Experience using big data sources, data analytic tools, transformation using IoT, programmable equipment, cost modeling, and other manufacturing process improvement mechanisms
