The Senior Network Operations Analyst will oversee all BioTelemetry network and data center operations spanning multiple sites and data centers. The Senior Network Operations Analyst will work with a team of network engineers and administrators working out of geographically disperse locations. The Senior Network Operations Analyst will monitor network performance, functionality and capacity of all network and data center activities to ensure coverage, uptime, and quality. The Senior Network Operations Analyst will serve as the team lead for projects involving the deployment, installation, administration, and maintenance of all infrastructure technologies and provide escalated network support. The Senior Network Operations Analyst will report to and receive guidance from the Manager, Network Operations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
College degree of equivalent experience
8 years of experience in an enterprise network environment
Tier 2/3 support escalations
Teamwork, results oriented, and self-motivated
Strong decision making skills
Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, with a focus on Azure and Windows platforms
In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Server platform including Active Directory, Windows Server 2008 R2/2012/2016, failover clustering, certificate services, IIS, and other related technologies
Dell EMC infrastructure, data storage, hybrid cloud and data protection solutions
Experience monitoring, alerting and logging tools in an enterprise environment utilizing PRTG, SolarWinds and Syslog server
Next-Gen Firewall & Security Platforms
Network design and configuration
VMware virtual infrastructure
Office 365 Administration
Microsoft Exchange 2010/2016
Symantec Backup Exec
