What You’ll Do 
Provenir is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant who is a technical and business thought leader who can partner with our client facing teams.  This role owns all technical activities required throughout the sales process and will create highly energising presentations, documentation and compelling Proof of Concepts (POCs).  Together with architecture & product presentations, the presales consultant will work with the sales team to create a compelling value proposition to the client driving a clear call to action.   Ability to travel on a short term basis is required.  This role has the opportunity to telecommute or work in our New Jersey Office. 
 
What's Required  
 
External focus        
  • Ensures the mutual comprehension of the Provenir Platform and cloud solution to target clients
  • Leads the clients’ thinking in what they can achieve with the Provenir Platform, and what benefits the client may achieve from the solution
  • Understands, demonstrates and documents what is possible, why it’s relevant to the client need, and how the Provenir Platform will achieve resolving the clients need/pain. This will cover all aspects of the solution including business process management tools, integration capabilities, modeling, analytics and decisioning
  • Accountable for the solution elements of any proposal documentation distributed to a customer
Internal focus                                                      
  • During the sales cycle, briefs and engages where necessary internal stakeholders on the client requirement, validates Provenir solution fit, documents proposal, ensuring smooth transition into technical delivery
  • Advises sales on the impact of any gap to ensure a balanced commercial decision can be made and all internal impacts are being assessed
Bid / RFP content management
  • Is the custodian of any RFP / RFI received, and owns the Provenir response by soliciting the internal stakeholder feedback, partner feedback (if relevant) and accountable for the offer
  • Supports the sales executive ensuring the best response is achieved
Qualifications, Strengths and Skills
  • A minimum of five years working in a sales environment or demonstrable experience in working with sales teams
  • A minimum of three years working within the financial services industry within credit decisioning, business process management or systems integration, supporting risk groups
  • A graduate degree in computer science or related major
  • Comprehension of technical processes
  • Experience within the domain of enterprise technology
  • Experience in Web service solutions
  • Working knowledge of BPM, CRM, Decisioning and Analytics software or enterprise wide specific solutions within a vertical market
  • Some HTML or Bootstrap experience would be valuable 
  • Proven experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent planning skills with ability to prioritize and manage work for a team with varied priorities
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Team player who builds trust and relationships with internal stakeholders of professional international organizations
  • Ability to work independently
