When the customer conducts a search using a keyword or a TLD-specific domain name, the Verisign NameStudio API Service uses advanced linguistic technology to analyze the query and suggests relevant domain names quickly. The domain name suggestions returned are based on several factors, including popular keywords, semantic relevance, geography and trending news topics. The Senior Product - Client Success Manager helps develop new product features into the NameStudio Application Programming Interface (API), improving the ease of deployment of the solution and driving the operational scaling of the solution. This role supports driving adoption of tools with our channel, developing compelling solutions and value proposition to encourage both adoption and usage.

Key Responsibilities:

Manages the detailed feature and functionality definition of Versign's NameStudio API, including facilitating end-user discovery and adoption as well as supporting marketing efforts to promote the solution.

Supports adoption of the NameStudio API with registrars globally, engages account teams and supports channel/key customers directly including partnering with registrars on deployments as well as key channel partners on new prospecting.

Identifies customer profiles, trends, buying behaviors and drivers based on market research, internal analytics and other resources. Has a deep understanding of competitive offerings, product gaps and developing action plans to apply insight to product strategy and roadmaps.

Key player of the core team using the Agile development process in partnership with engineering to deliver compelling capabilities on time, with scope and high quality. Cultivates relationships with operations to ensure fast performance and high availability for the tool globally.


Bachelor's degree in Business or related degree or equivalent work experience.

Graduate degree in Business or equivalent work experience preferred.

12 years experience overall required with at least 10-15 years experience in product management/product development.

4 years of related experience in customer usage patterns, driving retention and growth required.
