Looking for a Senior Product Manager for the Rosette text analytics platform, which spans a wide range of natural language processing (NLP) capabilities and human languages, supporting both SaaS and on-premise deployments. You will be responsible for understanding current and prospective customers' needs and working with our engineering team to align what we're building with these needs.

Need a self-starter comfortable abstracting up and down, from strategy and vision, to nuts-and-bolts implementation, in order to get things done.

Responsibilities:

  • Synthesize customer and prospect conversations into specific recommendations for improving and expanding Rosette
  • Define and analyze metrics to inform product strategy
  • Establish shared vision with stakeholders across the company to build consensus on priorities
  • Facilitate design discussions, collaborating with engineers to refine amorphous goals, break complex projects into milestones, evaluate trade-offs, and ensure deliverables actually solve customer problems
  • Evangelize Rosette inside and outside the company

  • Excellent product judgment: ability to understand customers’ and markets’ stated and unstated goals and needs, and translate these into product enhancements and features

  • Appreciation for abstraction: the ability to prioritize and keep focus on what matters most and delegate the minutia to others
  • Strong interpersonal skills, high EQ, and the ability to read personal and group dynamics
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills: strong active listener, adept at adjusting tone to fit audience and situation, persuasive and engaging public speaker

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or related field
  • Several years Product Management experience preferably building enterprise software
  • Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and applied machine learning a plus
  • Experience in international coordination in a high-performance environment a plus
