Boomi is looking for a Senior Product Manager to be part of the Boomi Solutions team. In this role, you will define and drive the strategy and roadmap for creating industry specific solutions across the Boomi platform. The ability to offer turn-key solutions is key to driving adoption of our platform enabling Boomi to expand our reach and broaden our partner ecosystem.

Product Managers at Dell Boomi have two key responsibilities: assessing product opportunities, and defining the product to be built. The product manager will: Responsibilities:
Evaluate product ideas and decide which product ideas are worth pursuing, and which are not. If you decide to pursue an opportunity, your assessment must determine what it will take to succeed.
Meet with customers, users, prospects, partners, and industry analysts to communicate Boomi's vision of the market, product roadmap, and competitive differentiation
Function as a primary SME (subject matter expert) on the product and its target market. Understand competitive landscape from strategy to functional capabilities
Define the right product at the right time – the product must have the right features for the right market, and must be able to be executed with the technology available in the required market window.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the members of the team by mutual earned respect and her ability to persuade with facts, logic, enthusiasm and a proven track record.
Demonstrated experience bringing at least one product to market from inception to major commercial release and through multiple ship cycles.
Must be able to empathize with our target market to understand the values, priorities, perceptions, tolerances, experiences, and technical understandings of our market.
Experience in defining and documenting product requirements for a technical team is a must.
Strong sense of responsibility; the product manager is the person ultimately held accountable for the success of the product, and this burden weighs heavily on the successful product manager.
Confidence. You will be the CEO of the product; taking full responsibility for the product without making excuses.
Prior application integration (iPaaS) experience and user interface design skills are a plus, but not a requirement.
Experience working as a Scrum Product Owner.
