Job Summary: As a Senior Project Controller you will be supporting our corporate efforts in the areas of forecasting, budget, billing, reporting, financial analysis/management in support of the WITS Business Unit Program Managers and team. You will be an integral part of our team.

Principal Responsibilities:

" Proactively work with Project Managers and Executive team to ensure financial objectives are met and costs are within budget; while escalating issues to mitigate risk.

" Financial management and analysis for various contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPAF, LOE), Monitor and analyze revenue and profit recognition to minimize risk.

" Monitor billing status and unbilled issues, review and approve invoices for submission to customer and work to resolve issues in a timely manner. Assist in preparation of Project Estimate at Completion (EACs), Rough Order of Magnitude (ROMs) Cost Estimates, and Basis of Estimates (BOEs).

" Review subcontractor/consultant invoices and escalate issues timely.

" Provide ad-hoc assistance, analysis and reporting as requested 40% financial contract work, 40% financial compliance work, 20% administrative work

Required Skills and Experience:

" 5-7 years of relevant experience supporting government contract programs.

" Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with Program Management team and other functional organizations

" Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

" Experience with Microsoft Excel, and Costpoint

" Organized and detail focused

" Can work independently after being trained

" Willing to work well in-person with internal staff

" Excellent written skills

" Ability to verbalize thoughts well

" Ability to research knowledge needed on our intranet or prior records
