  • Support the establishment of integrated FY execution and coordination plans for DE projects (both direct and indirect funded) across the corporation
  • Track progress against DE plans and provide continuous integration and assistance to ensure the successful accomplishment of key outcomes within each portfolio of DE projects
  • Interact directly with government customers and Aerospace program office personnel in the employee's regional area to obtain first-hand insights into the DE activities of those customers
  • Provide direct technical support to government customers in the area of DE for no less than 25% of your time (10 hours per week)
  • Identify common and critical customer challenges and needs in the area of DE to support the Enterprise Integration of key DE activities across all customer organizations
  • Identify new DE capabilities, and enhancements to current capabilities, that will better support the customer base
  • Interface with industry, academia, vendors, and other FFRDCs/UARCs to maintain awareness of the latest advances in DE technologies, capabilities, and processes
  • Act as the office's designated representative at technical meetings, presentations, and symposia

What You Need to be Successful

Minimum Requirements:
  • Current Secret clearance
  • Advanced degree from an accredited program in science, mathematics, engineering or other similar technical area of study
  • 12 or more years of increasingly responsible professional engineering/scientific experience, including multi-disciplinary systems engineering and/or program management environments
  • Demonstrated participation and leadership in Digital Engineering (DE) activities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to change, and demonstrate initiative under pressure

How You Can Stand Out

It would be impressive if you have one or more of these:
  • Current TS/SCI or higher clearance
  • Prior hands-on experience with DE tools, applications, and processes
  • Strong knowledge of systems-of-systems (SoS) engineering and architecting and model-based system engineering (MBSE) discipline, literature, tools, and processes
  • Extensive knowledge of the breadth and depth of ETG's technical capabilities and customers
