As a Senior Manager ERP system, you'll work with various stakeholders at different levels of the organization to manage projects and improve transparency. You will also work with cross-functional project teams consisting of technical and business unit team members and should have professional level service skills including an ability to communicate, negotiate, and implement processes for the applications which you will manage, specifically you will: Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives. Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery including full life cycle implementation from initiation to deployment. Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization. Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership. Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs. Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence. Protect confidential and sensitive information Enhance company and department reputation by accepting ownership, exploring new possibilities, and adding value to the organization. Assist in recruitment and provide input to hiring decisions.
