Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator / Developer with Salesforce Lightning expertise

Duration: Long-Term

Job Description:

  • Understands the principles and best practices with hands-on experience in Salesforce data modeling, interface design, day-to-day administration, and testing, and can apply these principles in real-world development environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, analyze the use cases, review detailed logs, determine the root cause of an issue, weighs the pros/cons of multiple options, and fix with the most appropriate one.
  • Experience in a Fire-fighting environment; resolving user issues, trouble tickets with the least turn-around time. Ability to create documents on defects/error correction.  
  • Is capable of building appropriate solutions to meet specific business challenges/process requirements to extend/customize the platform by applying their knowledge of declarative and programmatic features of the Salesforce platform.
  • Competent in developing Apex code & services; has a good understanding of platform behaviors, governor limits, and performance considerations to build scalable/flexible solutions
  • Can build custom user interfaces to display and interact with Salesforce data using Visualforce, LWC, and JavaScript. Experience in building/managing portal/community cloud will be a plus
  • Proficient skills in writing SOQL, creating reports & dashboards; administering users, profiles, groups, sharing rules, Assignment rules, automation through process builder and flow 
  • Strong understanding of interfaces and their behavior with MuleSoft 
  • Ability to document functional spec, tech design and coding mechanism, test class, and migration for every release/sprint
  • Able to work in odd hours while supporting production instance 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in Salesforce Lightning Development (hands-on). and exposure to LWC to join our team
  • 12 + years of overall experience.
  • Knowledge / Experience in version control and release management CI/CD tool such as GearSet
  • Ability to work well and collaborate with teams in different countries, time-zones
  • Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud; ability to extract the maximum benefits of Salesforce features available in the platform
  • Always willing to explore, improve, ready-to-contribute, share knowledge with a positive attitude.
  • Education requirement: MS in Computer Science, or BS in Computer Science and 6 years applicable experience.
