Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Support Analyst in Miami, FL.

Key Tasks:
* Senior Support Analyst will drive innovation and continuously performance improvements with third-party aggregators by examining digital order injections, vendor reliability, sales velocity, and overall efficiency
* Develop and mature relationships with cross functional partners, equipment suppliers while aligning strategic strategy with operational performance goals
* Establish regular cadence of communications with global cross-functional support teams to gain alignment and identify process order injection improvements from start to finish for all projects
* Compile and review digital performance trends to identify opportunities for aggregator platform enhancements
* As a Senior Support Analyst, you will break down complex digital order delivery data, order categorizations, and restaurant health patterns to formulate process development opportunities
* Utilize superior problem-solving skills, project management, multitasking abilities to drive root cause analysis with aligned stakeholders
* Foster and maintain data order containerization and system orchestration through tool virtualizations
* Build department processes to monitor and improve restaurant digital health throughput and contribute ideas to continuously elevate operational support requirements
* Monitor and drive restaurant health reliability, availability, and overall digital performance while working in a fast-paced corporate environment
* Comfortable working with minimal supervision while driving cross-functional national support projects
* Senior Support Analysts drive projects while focused on attention to detail, potential risks on scalability, and timing to implement initiatives
* Effectively, consistently, and proactively communicate issue status, and related information to cross-functional teams and at all levels as required

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience; A degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer/Data Systems Management or a related field or discipline is preferred
* Experience using enterprise integrated software suites, such as Microsoft Office 365, Tableau, Grafana, Datadog, SQL
* High degree and understanding of relational database concepts, formulations, digital transference models, sales order aggregations, process vulnerability evaluation, point-of-sale routing, and restaurant terminologies
* Six Sigma, ITIL Fundamentals - IT Service Management are all highly desired
