CorusConsulting is looking for 

Title: Senior Systems Analysts (Contact Center Initiatives)
Location: Boston,MA.
Duration: Longterm

We currently have a program of project initiatives impacting our Contact Center environment. We are upgrading our Contact Center stack to a hosted Genesys solution and are also expanding our call center locations. We will shortly be cutting over to the new stack and need to carefully manage this transition now that we also have to consider the Work from Home requirement. Additionally, we have other projects to migrate other call center teams to the new stack along with the design and implementation of new and enhanced functionalities.


We are looking for a couple of senior systems analysts who can support our Program Manager and Technical Lead in these projects. The role requires the following skills:

· Must have experience in Contact Center telephony related projects and upgrades

· Must have knowledge of the Contact Center industry and related business processes

· Some Knowledge of Genesys solutions – IVR, Call Routing, Call Recording, Workforce Management, Reporting tools, Dialer functionality would be an advantage

· Some Knowledge of Avaya Telephony platforms would be an advantage

· Must possess the ability to understand telephony/infrastructure related concepts facilitate technical meetings and analysis

· Must have knowledge/experience of telephony platforms and how they interface with desktop technology, networks, firewalls etc to assist in the design of solutions

· Be able to track technical risks and issues – supporting the Project Manager

· Be able to consider solutions from both tactical and strategic perspectives
