King County Department of Information Technology (KCIT) is seeking a strong Senior Systems Engineer to join our Messaging and Collaboration team to provide tier 2 administration and support of the County's messaging and collaboration systems ensuring availability and optimal performance. In this role, you are responsible for supporting and maintaining the daily operations of key communication and collaboration tools such as our Exchange Hybrid environment which consists of Exchange 2016 and Exchange Online, Office 365 Administration, SharePoint Online, Teams, Planner, Power BI and other Office 365 Apps. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Office 365 and Exchange and be an enthusiastic engineer who will work collaboratively with other teams to grow our ecosystem with a commitment to high quality end-to-end services through a quality first culture.
