Day-to-Day Job Overview:
In this role, you'll provide day to day operation support for the client’s enterprise infrastructure. Half of your time will be spent working on project and the other half of your time will be spent on responding to tickets, and incidents/alerts. You'll be supporting the clients main Exchange project which is migrating from 2010 to 2016. You'll will partner with the Systems Architects and Engineers in the engineering team to determine long term goals and operational roadmaps. In this role you will help in setting up user accounts and mailboxes along with backup, security and restoring files for the Exchange environment.
