Experience solving complex recruiting issues and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor.
Responsible for designing and implementing sourcing strategies to identify talented candidates for a wide variety of positions.
Research market best practices and competitive intelligence research to target the best talent available.
Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies.
Track and maintain specific measurements to evaluate progress of sourcing initiatives.
Must have 7+ Years of successful sourcing experience as a IT Recruiter.
Must have experience in different Sourcing tools.
Expert in Boolean and Semantic search strings and ability to X-Ray sites.
Research, identify, and develop relationships with prospective candidates for active searches through targeted company research, passive outreach.
Defined experience in deploying a social media strategy in recruiting.
Social Recruiting (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
Passive Sourcing (X-Ray Boolean Search, Blogs, Forums, Open-Source Communities etc.)
Self-motivated to maintain personal metrics and deliver accurate reporting.
