Job Description

Title : Analytics, Reporting and Technology Analyst

Overview of this Opportunity: Focused on development and data thinking in Talent Acquisition reporting and operations, the Analytics, Reporting and Technology Analyst ensures systems, reporting and processes deliver an exceptional internal and external candidate and hiring team experience, while helping Gilead meet high goals for growth and excellence. In partnership with our global TA Leadership team, this role evaluates, recommends and develops reporting and technology tools to illustrate and improve the Talent Acquisition lifecycle. This person will lead system and reporting analysis, implementation, and training of our TA and hiring teams, while ensuring daily operations, reporting, and process development evolve in a seamless, efficient manner. A week in the life of: • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business priorities and identify HR (or business) metrics and corresponding data needs
• Accountable for all TA data analytics, modeling, trending, and report generation
• Drive continuous improvement of KPI dashboard and executive scorecard including recruiting and finance data
• Develop strategic partnership plans by supporting HRBPs and client groups; measure and address gaps
• Serve as a subject matter expert to others on new ideas, technologies, and other solutions that will improve current processes and activities
• Review, assess, and recommend external tools that could be leveraged to create an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience and deliver enhanced process efficiencies
• Identify and implement efficiencies on workflows to help streamline and standardize our processes
• Create an environment of strong customer service and continual improvements as a subject matter expert for TA reporting and technology support, including assisting with inquiries, issue resolution, reports, and system administration
• Be a champion for change management
• Create documentation on system workflow, procedures, and quick reference guides to support adoption, optimization, and evolution.
• Effectively educate and train HR and business stakeholders to encourage TA innovation adoption
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS - Workday) and Candidate Relationship Management system (CRM - Yello) Job Qualifications:
• Advanced Computer skills including MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and MS Project)
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Relevant qualification or bachelor’s degree
• Experience of performing similar duties in a TA environment
• Ideally you will have global experience to support geographical requirements relating to data privacy, compliance, and legislation (EU and APAC)
• Excellent communication, customer service, and prioritization skills
• Deep understanding of recruiting processes and best practices for documentation
• Experience in Talent acquisition reporting and technologies following the full candidate lifecycle, from engagement/marketing through application, assessment, offer management, onboarding, and analytics to support the effectiveness of the TA processes and technology stack Behaviors
