We are working on a new type of interactive framework and need a visionary that can not only understand the developer experience within the framework, but additionally be able to empathize and design for an end user and business users as well.

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our product framework into easy-to-use features and interfaces for the business users as well as external end-users.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with internal business application tools, as well as products for external users, we’d like to meet you. We are especially interested in candidates that have developed and built a user experience for a new product in a new market. If you have the ability to innovate, to turn a concept into an experience – this is the job for you.

Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Direct ongoing usability testing and assessment of insights to guide the design process
  • Create and improve information architecture, nomenclature, and diagrams including but not limited to: content diagrams, sitemaps, wireframes, comprehensive interfaces, and static prototypes.
  • Conduct and facilitate requirements, design, and implementation reviews.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
  • Work with internal team and key stakeholders to design and build user-friendly interfaces and application hierarchies based on functional specifications and usability findings.
  • Participate in key internal meetings including regular status updates and planning sessions, documenting ongoing progress and effectively communicating findings
  • Review user adoption of deliverables and acceptance testing combining data, analysis, and creative design thinking.
  • Ensure design documents are current, complete, archived appropriately, and that the solutions within are implemented as defined.
  • Develop style standards on fonts, colors and images

Job Requirements:

  • Familiar with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS design trends and best practices.
  • Fluent in responsive design, mobile/tablet interface trends, and pairing good data with effective design into user flows.
  •  Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Human Computer Interaction, Digital Media Design, Fine Arts or related field is desired.
  • Strong sense of visual, user experience, and interaction design, with an ability to translate solutions into design systems and product libraries.
  • Ability to receive constructive criticism and using it to ultimately improve the end result.
  • Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Sketch, Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop
