As a Senior Workday Solution Architect, you will be responsible for architecting HR technology solutions to align with the HR operating model, in close coordination with HR IT/IS team members as well as our internal customers across HR and our global business regions to improve our digital HR experience and Workday experience. \ \ Key Responsibilities \ • Serve as an authority to translate business and technical requirements into a project and architectural blueprint that achieves desired business objectives, including identifying solutions for Workday product gaps. \ • Expert in HR technology, including the systems, integrations, and data integrity for HCM, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Benefits, Learning Management, Performance Management, Talent Management and Reporting modules of Workday.
