Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Service Delivery Lead in New York, NY.

Overview:
The Service Delivery Lead will serve as the main liaison between the agency and corporate IT services. The role is also responsible for meeting with agency department stakeholders to understand challenges and identify technical solutions that can be applied.

This includes but is not limited to:
Agency and Company IT Liaison:
* Service Delivery Lead will manage Agency Site Services tickets queue
* Support Agency ticket escalation tracking and monitoring
* Centralized tracking of tickets, escalations and follow ups
* Propose simple and effective solutions

Onboarding:
* Work with company IT to ensure agency computer build process is updated to the current technology needs
* As a Service Delivery Lead, you will proactively reach out to new hires to assist them software training, processes, policies, and other IT related information

Technology Training:
* Takes the lead on all software changes and rollouts of new applications
* Communicates company technology changes as well as new training offerings

IT Compliance Lead:
* Service Delivery Leads manage network job report mandates on behalf of the agency (i.e., Business Continuity plans)
* Promote and track data security training compliance
* Works with agency stakeholders to align with the company on all corporate technology initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
* General knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems
* Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Office365, and collaboration tools like Teams, WebEx and Zoom
* Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision, and judgment to know when to escalate and ask for guidance
* Ability to organize and troubleshoot complex technology problems
* Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
* Strong leadership and people skills, able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, managers and clients
* Critical thinker
