About the Job

We are currently hiring for Service Desk/ Customer Support/ Helpdesk/ Technical Support – Remote.

 

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years in a Service Desk/ Customer Support/ Helpdesk/ Technical Support.
  • Phone support.
  • Experience resolving escalated customer and vendor issues.
  • Previous Experience in healthcare information technology.
