Job Title: Incident / Problem Manager
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Duration: 8+ months

Responsibilities:

  • Understand application architecture (network, application, db etc.)
  • Engage in day-today operational support and on-call as needed.
  • Lead Major Incident calls and coordinate with all teams (network, database, application teams etc.)
  • Single point of contact for major incidents (liaise with CIO, IT executives and business executives)
  • Assigned to a major incident to co-ordinate the investigation and resolution.
  • Assigns tasks to other teams to investigate and resolve the major incident.
  • Manages communications during the major incident to both business and IT stakeholders.
  • Conducts a review of the major incident once resolved.
  • Use ServiceNow and coach other team members on how to leverage ServiceNow for efficient collaboration during major incident.

 

Required Skills:

  • Very good understanding of ITIL – certification preferred
  • Very Understanding of ServiceNow
  • Service Management / Technology background
  • 10+ years in IT industry
