Position: Service Desk-Tier 1

Requirement: College degree, 1-2 years' experience in service desk

Our client is one of the best companies to work in the State of Idaho. They pride themselves on taking care of their employees and making sure they always have a job if they are performing. Our client has recently acquired a company in the same industry and are still going through the transition and integrations of their IT systems.
The service desk team is expanding our clients IT infrastructure has been expanding through all departments.
DAY TO DAY:
They are primarily a Windows shop so needs knowledge in that space/a good foundation there.
Looking for someone that has the affinity to learn more and adsorb the information. Needs someone coachable as no one will come into their environment and pick up all the applications right away.
Personality/Communication/Customer service is KEY!
Operates from 6am-6pm (8am-5pm) Rotating schedule 1 week onsite 3 weeks remote.
Previous Service Desk experience 1-2 years
Knowledgeable with Microsoft suite, productivity applications
iOS- Exclusive to iPhones (2000 across the company, 1000 iPads).
Active Directory- foundational pieces- onboarding and off boarding for all employees.
Basic networking. How to reserve and IP address, or how to ping a user's PC.
